Description

The Areva MVAJ 051 is a static instantaneous and time-delayed auxiliary relay used in protection panels for alarm and trip signal multiplication. Manufactured by Areva (now GE Grid Solutions), it provides multiple output contacts for a single input command, used to trip multiple circuit breakers simultaneously in busbar protection or inter-trip schemes. The MVAJ range is a standard component of Areva/GE protection relay panels.
