Description

The EMB Buchholz Relay BF 80/10 is a standard German-made transformer protection relay for use on 80 mm pipe connections between the transformer tank and conservator. The dual-float design detects both slow gas accumulation (alarm) and rapid oil surge (trip) from internal faults. The BF 80/10 is the most widely used Buchholz relay model in international power transformer protection.
