The AVO HVP-1025-C is a portable DC hi-pot instrument providing output voltages up to 25 kV DC for dielectric testing of MV cables, switchgear, and transformer insulation. Manufactured by AVO International, it measures leakage current and provides trip-on-breakdown protection. The unit is used for 11 kV and 22 kV cable insulation tests in distribution network maintenance.
