The Megger Model 210415 is a combined 15 kV megohmmeter and hi-pot instrument used for insulation resistance testing and dielectric withstand testing of HV cables, transformers, and switchgear. It provides a high test voltage output for both measuring insulation resistance (MΩ) and conducting proof voltage tests (hi-pot) in a single instrument. The 15 kV rating makes it suitable for testing EHV cable and transformer insulation.
