The High Voltage Inc. HVI PTS Series is a combined DC hi-pot and megohmmeter for testing cable insulation from 0 to 37.5 kV DC. Manufactured in the USA, it measures insulation resistance at high DC test voltages and performs dielectric withstand tests on MV cables and equipment. The PTS series is a widely used test instrument for 15 kV, 25 kV, and 35 kV cable maintenance programs.
