Description

The Seba Dynatronic HSW 3-2 is a 120 kV AC/DC hipot control unit (control unit only) manufactured by Seba Dynatronic, later acquired by Megger, for high-voltage cable testing. It controls an external high-voltage transformer/rectifier to apply precise AC or DC test voltages for cable insulation testing. The unit is used for acceptance testing and fault location on 110 kV XLPE and paper-insulated cables.
